This policy explains what happens to information when you visit toro-welding.com, which is operated by Toro Welding & Fabrication of Ingleside, Texas ("Toro Welding," "we," or "us").

If you do, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, such as your name, phone number, email address, the location of the job, and details about your project. We use it to answer your questions, give you a quote, schedule work, and do the job. We do not sell it or share it for other companies' marketing.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. When you visit, Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (for example, city or region). It uses cookies or similar technology to tell visits apart. This information is used to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally. Website hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, in its server logs. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Other companies whose content appears on the site

• Google Fonts. The site's lettering is loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Instagram (Meta). The "Latest Projects" section can show our Instagram feed. Nothing is loaded from Instagram until you press the "Load latest posts" button. Once you do, your browser connects to Instagram, which may set cookies and collect information about your visit, even if you do not have an account. See Instagram's Privacy Policy.
• Instagram and Facebook links. If you click through to our Instagram or Facebook pages, you are leaving this site and their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website or an embedded service stores in your browser. The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and, only if you load the feed, Instagram, not from us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although the Instagram feed may not display.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, answer follow-up questions, and meet business and tax record-keeping needs. Google Analytics keeps its data for the period set in our Analytics account.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by using the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that point.

Children

This website is for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
